Daddy Catch honored: Long and Short Reviews has named Dady Catch the book of the week.

Breaking News!  The Officer’s Girl recently finaled in both the 2011 Write Touch Reader’s and the Golden Quill Awards.  Look for the Golden Quill spread in the July issue of Romance Writers Report.

The first love story I ever read was from a stack of Harlequin books I discovered when I was babysitting for our neighbors.  An avid reader, I never again turned down the opportunity to babysit for that family!  Before too long, the desire to read romance grew into a desire to write romance, and I’ve always wanted to be a Harlequin author.  In May of 2009, my dream came true when Harlequin American Romance bought my book, The Officer’s Girl.  If you haven’t had a chance to read this exciting story about a newcomer to Florida and the hunky cop who rescues her from a hurricane, you’re in for a treat! 

My second book for Harlequin American, The Daddy Catch, is available for pre-order from major retailers now.  It’s a fun story that combines my love for my home state of Florida and the beauty of fly fishing with a heart-warming story about a single mom’s struggle to preserve the land for her son’s future.  I’m super excited about the June release of The Daddy Catch and look forward to talking more with you about it.
